Computer Department
The college has a computer lab housing 39 computers running network access software that supports file sharing as well as access to dot matrix printing on different network. The computer center has a dedicated 56 KBPS P. S. T. N. that offers access to internet and e-mail. It also has a collection of CD-Rome database and application software. The students to a great extent rely on computers for academic assignments and presentation.

Department of Microbiology and Biotechnology
Microbiology and Biotechnology provide excellent job opportunities for students in many fields like research, drugs and medicines, fruits and food processing companies etc. The curriculum includes dissertation and training programs in reputed institutes. The teaching faculty uses modern teaching techniques like O. H. P., group discussion etc. to improve each student's knowledge and to make them able to face other competitive exams. The students are also encouraged to avail of Internet facility of the college. The college has a modern practical lab equipped with all modern science gadgets and equipments like laminar air flow, hot air oven, incubator, autoclave, double distillation plant, refrigerator etc.
Department of Botany
The department conducts a master degree with specialization in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. More weight age is given to the practical work especially to innovative, Vocational and Professional ideas. This subject is also beneficial to develop as a business or an industry such as the growth of medicinal plants, hybridization techniques, mushroom culture, Vermi culture, fermentation, nursery and gardening techniques. Post graduation course also includes group work and independent project work to develop presentation skills. The zealous work put in by the students and the teachers of the department have won them the best lab award in the intra college department competition.
Department of Zoology
This department caters to a master degree with specialization in Entomology and Fisheries. Here teaching is a combination of lectures and seminars. The backbone of the department is group work and independent project work which aims to develop team work and presentation skills. Project work is offered in Limnology, genetics, Molecular cell Biology, Ecology, Endocrinology, Animal Behavior, Gamete Biology, Wild Life conservation and fisheries etc. Additional advantage of the course is its practical application in self employment and implementing strategies. The student is usually assessed by a combination of exams, presentation and project work.
Department of Physics
Physics is a Master's degree course with specialization in Digital Electronics and Communication Electronics. Physics and Electronics both branches provide excellent job opportunities for students in many fields like research, industries, astrology physics, nuclear physics, solid state physics etc. From nuclear physics, students can also join Atomic research centre for the study of nuclear chain reaction which is used in Atomic Bomb, Helium Bomb, Nuclear Weapons, and Nuclear Power Station etc. Education is imparted through Seminars, Practical performance, theoretical classes etc. Students are encouraged to work on projects which help them to attain basic knowledge of electronic device used in day to day life which can further help them from business point of view.
Department of Chemistry
The department has highly qualified and experienced faculty members. It conducts regular workshops and seminars. It also conducts training and project facility in national as well as state level laboratories like I. T. R. C. (Lucknow), E. R. L., R. R. L. (Bhopal)
The lab deals in soil test, salt and mineral analysis, dyes formation, gravimetric estimation, ash treatment other then the regular tests. The pass outs of this department are working in reputed national level organizations and laboratories.
